An absolutely ordinary and simple soup with the only feature that it is with tiny dumplings, which will not be difficult to prepare if you familiarize yourself with this recipe. The method is simple, but the result is excellent. Good for baby food.
To prepare the soup, we will need: meat broth, potatoes, carrots, onions, sunflower oil, eggs, flour, water, salt.
Pour any meat broth into a saucepan. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them arbitrarily. Put in a saucepan and place on the stove.
Peel carrots and onions, wash them. Finely chop the onion, and chop the carrots or three on a grater.
Simmer carrots and onions in a pan with sunflower oil for 10 minutes.
Add to the pot to the potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
While the potatoes, carrots and onions are boiling, prepare the dumpling dough. Break the egg into a bowl. Shake it a little.
Pour water and put 2-3 pinches of salt. We mix.
Then add flour and mix so that there are no lumps. We get not a thick dough, like for pancakes.
When the vegetables in the broth are ready, make the dumplings. Put a grater with large holes on the pan. Take the dough with a tablespoon and put it on a grater. We drive a spoon over the dough and it drips into a pot of soup, instantly grasps and turns into small dumplings.
