Pork shurpa is an incredibly satisfying lunch dish! The recipe for oriental shurpa in the classic version certainly includes mutton, but not everyone likes its aroma. Shurpa pork soup is much more familiar and "dearer" …
Let's prepare products for making pork shurpa. Rinse vegetables well in running water. Rinse the pork. Also prepare onions, garlic, fresh young dill, coriander (peas) and table salt.
Let's cook pork shurpa in a cauldron - it's quite convenient. The meat is pre-cut into pieces and fried in cut lard until golden brown. You don't need to salt.
The carrots are peeled and chopped into long strips, and then fried with the pork.
Onions also go here. It needs to be peeled and chopped in any shape.
When the meat with carrots and onions is slightly stewed, peeled and chopped garlic, as well as salt and powdered coriander, must be added to the cauldron.
Let's go further. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into cubes and send it to the cauldron after the seasoning.
Potato tubers go to shurpa in large strips. The potatoes must be peeled first.
We send chopped tomatoes for potatoes. At this stage, the cutting method is completely irrelevant.
