Hearty, aromatic pork soup based on kharcho. Unlike cooking this soup in the classic way, in a multicooker, you first need to stew the meat with tomatoes, and then cook it like a regular soup. In this recipe, the Philips multicooker HD 3039 was used, the power of the device was 960 W, the volume of the bowl was 4 liters. The temperature mode of the "Stew / Extinguishing" function is 80-95 * s.
Prepare the required foods:
We wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, put the meat.
Peel the tomatoes by dipping them in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the meat. We select the “Stew / Stew” mode for 1 hour. Cooking with the lid closed, stir periodically.
At the end of the Stew / Stew program, put finely chopped onion and washed rice in a multicooker.
Add tomato paste and water. Select the "Soup" mode for 15 minutes and close the lid.
