Solyanka is a predominantly Russian dish. Such a soup is prepared on a steep broth of meat, mushrooms or fish. The taste is sour-salty-spicy due to the wide variety of smoked and salty ingredients. Sourness is added by a slice of lemon, which should be added to an already prepared dish.

Cook the broth from beef on the bone in any way convenient for you. To make the broth tasty, you need to add spices and vegetables (onions and carrots) during cooking.
Finely chop the onions.
Fry onions in a frying pan until transparent, add tomato paste, diluted with broth to a liquid state. Simmer for 5 minutes, covered.
Cut pickled cucumbers into thin strips or grate on a coarse grater.
Add the sliced cucumbers to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Cut the meat into pieces and put in the broth, bring to a boil. Cut sausages in any convenient way.
Add all the sausage to the boiled broth. Boil for 3 minutes.
Add the stew with cucumbers to the pan.
Cook the hodgepodge for another 5 minutes. Cover and let it brew for 25 minutes.
The classic hodgepodge soup is ready for tasting.
