Today I want to share with you an easy way to make a light chicken soup with noodles and herbs. Cooking this soup according to my recipe is extremely simple, as the recipe is step by step and each step is provided with a photo.

Pour a pot of clean water, put on fire, put chicken in it. We will cook it for about 40 minutes, periodically removing the foam from the surface of the water. In the meantime, let's get to the vegetables for the soup.

You will need onions, herbs, potatoes and carrots.

Cut the potatoes and carrots and herbs as in the photo. You don't have to do anything with onions; a whole onion is great for chicken soup.
