This soup was made by my grandmother, and now I am. Fried noodles give the soup in any broth a slightly nutty flavor and a pleasant golden color. It doesn't boil over. Yes, and children are happy to eat, though healthy, but already fed up with soup with such noodles.

Let's make a dressing for the soup. Fry the onions and carrots until soft.
