Preparing pickle in a multicooker is much easier than on the stove and is not at all troublesome. When preparing pickle with pearl barley in a slow cooker, I replaced pickles with the "Winter King" salad. The cucumbers in this salad are finely chopped, so you don't need to chop them.
In this recipe, I used a Philips HD 3039 multicooker with a power of 960 watts.
In order to prepare pickle with pearl barley in a multicooker, we will prepare the products according to the list.
Soak barley in advance for 2-3 hours.
We choose the "Fry" program for 20 minutes. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in oil for 12 minutes. Stir during frying.
Then add carrots (grated), onions (finely chopped), tomato paste and cucumbers to the meat (I took half a 0.7l jar).
Mix and cook the remaining 8 minutes with this program.
We wash the pearl barley, finely chop the potatoes and add to the multicooker bowl.
Add water to the upper mark. Cooking on the "Stew" program for 1.5 hours.
Add finely chopped dill, bay leaf and salt to taste 5 minutes before cooking.
