Creamy Chicken Cheese Soup is a delicious and healthy first course. Like many of my recipes, the soup is very simple and fast enough to prepare. Prepare this creamy soup for a family dinner and I assure you that no one will remain indifferent to it.
To make Chicken Cheese Soup, use the food listed. Wash and dry the chicken and vegetables.
Remove the skin from the chicken thigh, cut it into small pieces, peel the vegetables, also chop the onions, carrots and potatoes. Pour water up to the 1.5 liter mark, put it on a quiet fire for 20-30 minutes, do not forget to collect the foam.
Then add mushrooms and celery, cook the soup for another 10 minutes.
After a while, the soup should be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
