I suggest trying a very quick and delicious red lentil soup with chicken and tomatoes. For a lean table, chicken meat can not be used. I thank Olesya for the recipe 33.
We need the following products:
Finely chop the chicken breast or other chicken meat.
Cut carrots and pumpkin into cubes or strips.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Fry the chicken pieces in vegetable oil until half cooked. Salt slightly.
Then add the onion and garlic to the chicken breast. Sprinkle with paprika and add some salt. Fry for 5 minutes so that all the smells are revealed.
Then add the carrots and pumpkin to the pot. Fry the whole place for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the whole mixture of vegetables with water and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste. At this stage, the washed red lentils are added. Cook the soup for 15 minutes. Red lentils cook very quickly.
Then pour a can of tomatoes in their own juice into the soup. Tomatoes should be skinless and cut into small pieces. Boil for 5 minutes, taste and add what is missing to taste. I had a handful of frozen asparagus beans, which I also added to the soup. But this is optional.
You can serve the soup sprinkled with herbs or green onions. This soup is also delicious in the form of puree.
