Sorrel soup is not cooked with anything: nettle, spinach, rice, etc. The soup I offer has an original taste, which is given by processed cheese with the taste of ham. The soup has a delicate taste, and cooking it will not make you stand in the kitchen for a long time.
To prepare the soup, you need to take water, chicken fillet, sorrel, potatoes, onions, soft processed cheese (preferably with a ham flavor), refined sunflower oil, dry vegetable seasoning and salt.
Wash the fillet, cut into several pieces, add cold water and boil until soft (about 30 minutes).
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Put potatoes in a boiling broth and boil until soft.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Put the onion in a frying pan with heated oil and fry until lightly browned.
Put the sorrel in a colander, rinse thoroughly in running water, drain and chop.
Put sorrel, fried onions and dry vegetable seasoning in boiling broth with potatoes.
Cook the soup for 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and put melted cheese in the soup.
Stir the soup and salt to taste.
When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped dill and season with sour cream.
