I remember that as a child, my son adored this soup, and asks to cook it to this day, although he is no longer a kid. Despite the simplest products in its composition, chicken soup with zucchini and noodles turns out to be hearty and tasty, and it also cooks quickly enough. Be sure to cook, your children will certainly like it.
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Peel onions, garlic, potatoes and carrots, wash together with herbs.
Pour a liter of water into a two-liter saucepan, remove the skin from the leg, trim off excess fat, put in the saucepan. After boiling, cook for 20 minutes, remove all foam from the surface of the broth.
Catch the chicken from the pan, add the potatoes, cut into small cubes, to the broth, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
At this time, lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, put onions chopped into small cubes and carrots grated on a coarse grater, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Transfer the sautéed carrots and onions to a saucepan, cook over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes.
