I propose to cook delicious and rich pea soup. Tender minced turkey meatballs with parmesan complement this soup perfectly. The soup is light and nutritious at the same time.

Soak peas for 5-6 hours in cold water. Then rinse well.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry onions and carrots in olive oil until soft.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Put peas in boiling water and cook for 40 minutes, skim from time to time.
Add onions, carrots, potatoes to a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.
Add Parmesan to the minced meat and mix well.
Form into small meatballs and place in soup.
Add bay leaves and cook for 15 minutes.
