Pickle with pearl barley and pickles with beef is a hearty, aromatic and delicious winter soup!

Pickle with barley and pickles with beef for lunch on a frosty winter day - that's it! Rich, hearty meat broth, boiled beef ribs, soft taste due to boiled pearl barley - all this makes up an excellent tandem, emphasized by the sourness of pickled cucumber. No one can resist such a soup! I strongly recommend preparing pickle in winter.
Prepare foods on the list.
Soak the pearl barley in advance, preferably 3-4 hours.
Put the beef in a saucepan, pour 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, remove the foam. Add greens, large chunks of onions and carrots.
Introduce pearl barley. Cook for about 1 hour.
Prepare vegetables: cut potatoes into large cubes, onions and carrots into small ones.
When the meat is cooked, remove the roots from the soup, add the potatoes and the remaining water. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Prepare the dressing: remove the fat from the broth into the pan and simmer the onions and carrots.
When the potatoes are boiled, add the dressing.
Introduce into the pickle. Bring to a boil, put lavrushka, salt, add brine if necessary. Cook for 10 minutes. Insist under the lid.
