Turkey wing - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.

Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt - 1.5 tsp.

Have you ever eaten turkey soup? - to be honest, I doubt it. Many are simply afraid to cook it and simply do not take such offal as wings in the store, but in vain. The meat of this bird has excellent dietary qualities, and the soup cooked in turkey broth is in no way inferior to chicken and even surpasses it. Today we will cook just such a dish, which I have already successfully tested on my loved ones - everyone really liked it!
Let's prepare the main ingredients for the broth. Wash the turkey wings thoroughly in a stream of cool water, peel and coarsely chop the onions and carrots. Take 4-5 peas of black allspice.
Pour 3 liters of water into a saucepan, put prepared ingredients in it and put on fire. Cook until boiling, then remove the foam, reduce heat, cover halfway with a lid and leave to cook for 40-50 minutes.
In the meantime, let's get started preparing the dressing for our soup. To do this, we need to finely chop the onions and half the bell pepper (in fact, you can take the whole one).
Heat literally 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and put onions. Fry it, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes.
Add bell pepper to the onion, continue to fry for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and literally 100 ml of water to the pan. Stir and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, until all the water has evaporated.
I got this delicious roast.
The second stage of dressing is fresh vegetables. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-sized pieces. Chop the dill and garlic finely. By the way, I already wrote earlier about a simple way to chop garlic, but I will remind you again. The secret is simple - we crush each clove with the flat side of a knife and then chop finely.
Meanwhile, our broth is ready. From it we need: the strained broth itself, carrots and turkey wings. The rest can be thrown away. Free the turkey from bones and skin, split. Cut the carrots into cubes.
Next, put the broth on the fire and add all the cooked ingredients to it, except for garlic and herbs. If you don't have a lot of water left in the pot, that's okay, just top up and don't forget to add salt to the broth to taste. We will cook the broth for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes become soft.
When the turkey soup is ready, add the herbs and garlic to it. Turn off the heat, stir again, cover and leave for 15-20 minutes to infuse.
I got a very tasty and rich soup - something very reminiscent of shurpa, but even tastier.
