Chicken fillet - 300 grams;
Cauliflower - 200 grams;
Potatoes - 2 pcs;
Bulb onions - 1 pc;
Carrots (medium) - 1 pc;
Tomato - 2-3 pcs;
Garlic - 2 cloves;
Horseradish - 1.5 tsp;
Mustard - 1.5 tsp;
Black peppercorns, salt to taste;
Greens - for serving.

Once I watched the "Smak" program, where they cooked chicken soup with vegetables according to the recipe of Lyubov Tolkalina. I really liked the fact that all the vegetables are put in the soup raw, in addition, such spicy ingredients as mustard and horseradish are added to the soup. I made soup for lunch and I liked it so much that for several years in a row, the aromas of this simple, and at the same time, such delicious soup have been carried in my kitchen from time to time. I highly recommend you try it too.
We will prepare the necessary products.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, let it boil, lower the meat. After boiling, salt, remove the foam, cook for 10 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, add to the broth, cook for 7 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, add to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the tomato into cubes, add to the saucepan and let it boil.
Immediately add the cauliflower, disassembled into small inflorescences. Cook the soup for 7-10 minutes.
5 minutes before the end of cooking the soup, add thinly sliced garlic, mustard and horseradish to a saucepan.
Also add black peppercorns to the soup.
Let the chicken soup with vegetables brew for 10-15 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
