I suggest you cook a wonderful first course today - buckwheat soup with meat. Soups with buckwheat are cooked both in vegetable broth and in water, but with beef it turns out to be especially tasty. Meat can be taken both on the bone, and just the pulp. Today I will cook broth on beef ribs.
The products for buckwheat beef soup will require the simplest.
Put the meat on a high heat. When the broth boils, be sure to remove the foam. Meanwhile, dice the onions and carrots.
If you have greens with tough stalks, I advise you not to throw them away, but to rinse them, tie them with a thread and put them in broth. They will add a wonderful flavor to the meat broth. Set the heat to medium and cook the beef for about an hour, until soft.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or cubes, as we are used to.
