An excellent hearty soup for lovers of mashed dishes.
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 0.5 pcs.
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Sour cream cheese - 30 g
Chicken leg - 1 pc.
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons
Parsley - 2 sprigs
Dill - 2 branches
Salt to taste

Mashed potato soup with cheese is one of those dishes that won't get boring. It can be cooked in vegetable broth or with meat, preferably with chicken, as in the suggested recipe.
Both adults and children will like this soup. It can be successfully prepared for people on therapeutic diets. The soup has a mild taste and an enveloping consistency.
Take the groceries on the list.
Coarsely chop vegetables, cut off the stems of herbs.
Put chicken in a saucepan, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes with the lid open. Drain the first stock, rinse the chicken and pan. Put the meat back and cover with clean water.
Add prepared vegetables and simmer after simmering until vegetables are cooked through.
In the meantime, fry half rings of onion in a preheated pan with sunflower oil.
At the end of cooking, add salt to the soup, add bay leaves.
