Meat on the bone - 1.5 kg;

Step by step recipe with photo
Galushki - for me personally, it sounds mega-appetizing! Especially fond of fragrant, i.e. with the addition of various dry herbs and / or garlic to the dough. They are good in any meat or chicken broth, as well as as a side dish.
Prepare: a piece of meat, preferably on the bone, onion, flour, egg, milk, salt and spices.
Cook the broth. When boiling, remove the scale and cook until tender. Here is the photo of elk, which is cooked for at least two hours, always with peppers and, if desired, with juniper berries. Salt very sparingly. You can also use beef.
Strain the finished broth. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into slices.
Chop the onion.
Combine milk, egg, minced garlic and aromatic herbs for the dough.
Add flour and salt to taste and stir to create a thick, sticky dumpling dough.
With wet hands, or, better, with a teaspoon, throw the dough pieces into the boiling broth. Stir.
When the dumplings come up, they are ready.
Return the meat to the soup, i.e. pieces of meat, cook together for a couple of minutes and it's ready.
Serve the dumplings soup with fresh herbs.
