Easy to prepare red canned bean bean soup with beef.
For a 2.5 liter pot:
Red beans in tomato juice - 400 g
Beef - 200 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Greens - 0.5 bunch
Salt to taste

I really love soups with beans, but to prepare any dish, the beans must be soaked beforehand, preferably overnight. You can make your favorite bean soup in a shorter time - for example, using canned beans. The soup will turn out to be very tasty and it will take much less time to prepare it than with ordinary dried one.
Use the ingredients you need to make bean soup with red canned beans. Vegetables need to be peeled, washed.
Wash the beef, cut into small pieces, also chop the onions very finely. Boil the beef and onions for about 30 minutes. Collect all foam while cooking meat. The soup stock is ready.
Chop carrots and potatoes, add to a saucepan, cook for 10 minutes.
After a while, add chopped bell peppers, cook for 5 minutes, add water to the top of the pan. After 5 minutes, add the beans along with the sauce and the bay leaf to the saucepan.
Then add the crushed garlic, salt the soup and pepper. We cut the greens.
At the very end, add greens, stir the soup, turn off the stove, cover the soup with a lid and let it brew for at least 10 minutes.
Catch and discard garlic before serving. Serve with sour cream.
