Dear culinary experts, today I want to show you a recipe for an unusual soup. I was treated like this on the border of Libya and Tunisia. Aish (a dish that looks like hominy) and lemon were served with him. Surprisingly, the soup turned out to be as tasty as unusual. I am happy to share the recipe, suddenly, decide to surprise someone with clean Africa.

I will not list all the ingredients, they are listed above. The important thing is that no dressings and separate fries are needed. We cook everything in one saucepan or cauldron. So, put the chicken liver and lamb in a saucepan. Add a heaping spoonful of tomato paste.

Add the chopped onion.

Now all the spices: dry herbs, turmeric, paprika. If exactly according to the recipe, then you also need red hot pepper. If you are not extreme, then it is better to refuse this venture.:)

Add water (2 liters) and cook.

After 35-40 minutes add the peeled young vegetables.
