Ingredients
Turkey on the bone - 300 grams;
Carrots - 1 pc;
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs;
Rice - 70 grams;
Bulb onions - 1 pc;
Allspice - 4-6 pcs;
Dill greens - 20 grams;
Bay leaf - 2 pcs;
A mixture of roots - 1 tablespoon;
Salt - 2 teaspoons.

Only chicken broth can be simpler than rice soup. This low-calorie soup has long taken root in our family and has become one of our favorites. You can cook it on almost any type of meat - beef or chicken, but I prefer something in between, namely turkey. Recently I stewed a turkey with potatoes and I have just such a meat bone left.
Cut the turkey bone in half, peel the onion, cook black allspice with peas.
Put the turkey meat in a large saucepan with 2 liters of water and put on fire. Bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil and remove the foam.
Add the onion, 2 bay leaves and allspice to the turkey broth. Simmer for 20 minutes over moderate heat. In the meantime, you can start preparing the vegetable dressing for the soup.
Cut carrots into small cubes.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Add carrots and potatoes to the broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
Rinse the rice and add to the saucepan. Cook for another 15 minutes until the soup is done. At the very end, salt the soup to taste.
Pour the prepared turkey rice soup into bowls and garnish with finely chopped dill.
