Have you ever cooked zucchini soup? It turns out that this is a common recipe, for example, in French cuisine. Zucchini can be successfully substituted for potatoes that are not very healthy for health. Or use it together. I propose a recipe for those who cannot do without potatoes in their soup at all - put one small potato, and you can even cook it whole, and then crush and put it in the soup, you get a kind of additional potato dressing.
Zucchini in the cooking process will acquire transparency, decrease in volume, so place it, taking this factor into account, so that the soup does not turn out to be too liquid as a result.
The vegetable dressing gives the soup with zucchini and chicken a bright, rich note, you can add sweet peppers or celery to it if you wish - as you like, the taste will only acquire new facets from this.
