Cut the potatoes into cubes and set to cook.

While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the dressing. Cut the sausage into small cubes, lightly fry, then add the chopped onions, garlic, carrots. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are relatively soft.
