The multicooker is ideal for making soups, especially pickle pickles. The dish turns out to be rich even without meat. Today I decided to pamper you with a pickle recipe in a slow cooker, we will cook the soup on a turkey. Although you can use any other meat or offal, such as kidneys.
Ingredients:
Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil using the "frying" mode.
Add the carrots, continuing to fry.
When the vegetables are ready, add the cucumbers grated on a coarse grater and fry for a couple of minutes.
Put the frying aside. Fill the turkey with 1.5 liters of water, add washed pearl barley, a little salt.
We cook on the "soup" mode under pressure for 20 minutes, or on the "stew" mode for 60 minutes.
Then add the chopped potatoes.
Add fried vegetables and spices.
Cook again on the "soup" mode under pressure for 5 minutes or on the "stew" mode for 20 minutes.
Serve the prepared pickle with sour cream and herbs if desired.
