Ingredients
Lamb - 1 kg;
Water - 4 l;
Rice - 1.5 tbsp.;
Potatoes - 4 pcs.;
Carrots - 1 pc.;
Onions - 1 pc.;
Tomatoes in their own juice - 3 pcs.;
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
Vegetable oil for frying - 3 tablespoons;
Salt, spices to taste.

Rich soup with lamb and rice will perfectly warm you in cold weather and will give you a good mood. The added vegetables make the soup bright and beautiful. Having eaten a plate of such soup, you will definitely want some supplements.
Rinse the lamb thoroughly, put it in a cauldron, fill it with cold water and cook. After boiling, remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook for 1.5 hours.
After 1.5 hours, add medium-sized chopped potatoes.
After 10 minutes add rice. It is better to take round grain rice.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, and fry finely chopped onions and carrots grated on a coarse grater in it.
Add tomatoes in their own juice without skin to carrots and onions. Fry everything together.
Transfer the frying pan to the cauldron to the soup. Add salt and spices and cook for another 15 minutes. Then turn off the light, let the soup brew for 10 minutes and can be poured into plates.
