Delicious, aromatic soup cooked in chicken broth with the addition of pasta. A great dish for a children's menu.
Ingredients
Chicken (any of its parts) - 300 g
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc. (or 2 small ones)
Carrots - 1 pc.
Pasta "Stars" - 2-3 tbsp.
Salt to taste

Soups cooked in chicken broth are delicious, aromatic and healthy. Today I want to tell you how to make chicken soup for children.
The first step is to prepare the broth - this is the basis of our soup.
In order for the broth to turn out transparent and rich, you need to take into account some nuances. Chicken meat should be well washed, or even better, soak it for 30 minutes in cold water to get rid of blood clots. When I prepare soups for children, I always remove the skin from the meat. After the water with the meat boils, it is imperative to remove the foam and continue to cook the broth over minimal heat. It is the minimal boiling that helps to prepare a clear broth. Strain the finished broth. To do this, you can use a slotted spoon or fine strainer.
Chicken soups for kids are prepared with vegetables, cereals or pasta. In my family, they like such soups with small pasta (stars, shells or noodles).
The dish turns out to be light, not greasy and very tasty. Children eat this soup with pleasure!
Prepare the required set of ingredients.
Chicken meat (you can use any of its parts) wash well and remove the skin. Put the meat in a saucepan, cover with cold water and put on fire. Bring to a boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon or fine strainer. Cook the broth over low heat for 25-30 minutes, until the meat is cooked (if the chicken is homemade, it will take more time).
Peel and wash onions, potatoes and carrots.
When the chicken is ready, take it out and strain the broth.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the boiling broth.
Boil for 5 minutes, then add salt to taste.
Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Add vegetables to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.
Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.
Add pasta and meat to the soup.
Boil for 5-7 minutes and remove the pan from heat. Cover the pot with a lid and let the soup steep for 10 minutes.
Delicious, light and aromatic chicken soup for children is ready. Pour into portions and serve.
