This soup can be called a colleague of pickle. It is nourishing, with a slight sourness. And it is easy and simple to prepare it.
Ingredients
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Green onion - 2 stalks
Dill - 4-5 branches
Parsley - 1 pc.
Ham - 250 g
Smoked pork sausage - 140 g
Smoked ham sausage - 160 g
Sour cream - 250 g
Vegetable oil - for frying
Pickled cucumbers - 5 pcs.

There are as many options for cucumber soup in Poland as we have borscht. I read about this soup in a Polish cookbook. It is recommended to cook it after a feast, when meat products remain. I used to cook a hodgepodge in this case, but this soup also took one of the first places in our family. I recommend cooking, it's very satisfying and delicious!
To make Polish Cucumber Soup, we need the products on the list. I indicated everything except meat products, I will indicate them separately.
From meat products we need a ham and two types of sausages. Take these products to your liking.
Cut the meat products into small cubes and lightly fry in oil …
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Cut the carrots into thin slices.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Place onions, carrots, parsley and potatoes in a saucepan and send to cook.
Rub the pickled cucumbers on a grater with large holes.
Chop green onions into rings, dill - finely.
When the potatoes have very little to cook, add meat products and cucumbers to the pan. We continue to cook for 8-10 minutes.
Salt and pepper at the end of cooking. We will definitely try. The cucumbers gave their salt to the soup. We introduce sour cream together with greens. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, turn off.
