Zucchini - 350 g

Potatoes - 340 g

From such a well-known vegetable as zucchini, you can prepare a wide variety of delicious dishes, from salads and snacks to desserts.

First, let's prepare the products according to the list.

Cut the onion into small cubes, small carrots - into circles, and carrots - into larger semicircles. Put the chopped vegetables in a pan with oil, add chopped garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut the young zucchini together with the peel into medium cubes. We clean the pepper from seeds and partitions and cut into small pieces. Add the zucchini and pepper to the pan, stir and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.

Grind the tomato pulp on a grater and add to the vegetables in the pan. Stir and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
