I suggest you make a hearty and healthy soup with nettle, rice and egg.
Nettles need to be taken young, with juicy stems and leaves. If you can pick nettles in your area, that's great! But if this is not possible, you can pick up nettles when traveling out of town, it can be perfectly stored in the freezer, washed and cut.
So, let's prepare all the necessary ingredients for the soup with nettle, rice and egg. I already had my chicken broth ready - with onions and carrots. From the greens, I cut a young onion and took the leaves of Chinese garlic. You can choose greens to your liking.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Add rice and potatoes to a saucepan with broth, cook over medium heat. In the meantime, let's take care of the nettles. First, you need to douse it with boiling water so that it does not burn your hands. After - rinse in cold water and chop.
After 15 minutes, add the nettle to the pan, bring to a boil. At this time, shake the egg with a fork. I cooked the broth on the bones - there is not a lot of meat, but the soup turns out to be very rich.
