For those who like rich, but light first courses, this soup will be to taste. It's not even soup, but a broth with vegetables. It does not use frying, vegetable oil and many heavy ingredients. Transparent broth, boiled meat, vegetables in tandem with herbs - an easy and tasty first course. Lovers of thick soups need to double the amount of vegetables.

We need the following products:

Pour the meat with water, bring to a boil and drain the water. Rinse the meat thoroughly and refill with cold water. Bring to a boil again, remove the foam, salt, add lavrushka and cook until the meat is tender. Willingness to test by piercing the meat with a fork, it should easily enter the flesh.

Prepare vegetables. I took one large potato. If you cook the soup thicker, then you can put two or three pieces. Peel the onion, chop or leave it whole if desired, chop the pepper thinner.

Defrost the peas.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Dip the onion and pepper into the broth.
