Chicken broth - 1.5 l

Potatoes - 5 pcs.

This soup is doubly useful, since sorrel is a storehouse of vitamins. It appears in early spring when the body is depleted and prone to vitamin deficiency. Prepare the required set of ingredients.

Peel and wash onions with carrots under running water. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into strips. Put it in boiling chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes.
