Ingredients
Water - 2.5 liters;
Pork (pulp) - 350 grams;

Brussels sprouts have high taste qualities and are considered the most useful; they are a very dietary product containing many valuable proteins. The use of Brussels sprouts is recommended for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. My daughter is also very fond of Brussels sprouts. I decided to make a delicious soup for her with the addition of meatballs. The soup turned out to be very aromatic and satisfying.
For the soup we need Brussels sprouts, carrots, potatoes, meat, dill, onions, garlic, bay leaves, a piece of white bread, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Twist the meat into minced meat, pour the bread crumb with a little water. Finely chop the dill, pass the garlic through a press. Mix bread, dill and garlic with meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Knead the minced meat well and form the meatballs.
Wash the cabbage well, cut off the stalk and cut in half.
In vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion and half the carrots.
Boil water in a saucepan, add cabbage and meatballs to it. Then transfer the frying to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes.
Dice the potatoes.
Add potatoes and leftover carrots to the soup. Cook until potatoes are tender. Then add bay leaf, salt and pepper to the soup.
Let the soup steep for 10 minutes and serve. Add parsley to the plate.
