Today for lunch - a light chicken soup with saffron. Chicken broth is known to have medicinal properties. Well, plus - it is always delicious! Therefore, let's combine business with pleasure:-)
Let's prepare everything according to the list. My chicken broth was already ready. If you don't have one, just cook the broth. I do it like this: I remove the skin from the chicken, wash the pieces well. I fill it with water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then I drain the broth, wash my saucepan, rinse the chicken pieces, re-fill with water and cook until tender. Why such a procedure? This is because I am not sure about the quality of the chicken. If it was home - another matter, but I have it purchased. It's no secret that chickens are injected with antibiotics, and this procedure allows you to somehow get rid of them.
