I would like to introduce you to a simple and delicious variation of meatball soup. Meatballs made from minced chicken and buckwheat are very useful and dietary. This soup is especially suitable for a children's menu, because many kids love meatballs and meatballs. For the little ones, do not fry onions and carrots, but simply simmer them in a pan in a small amount of broth, and then add to the soup. The broth can be cooked from meat or chicken soup sets, from chicken necks, or you can just take water for this soup.
Prepare the ingredients according to the list:
Buckwheat will need cooked crumbly.
Cook the minced chicken by scrolling the fillets from any parts of the chicken in a meat grinder.
Peel potatoes, carrots and onions.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and toss in boiling broth or water.
Chop the onions and carrots finely and simmer in vegetable oil or simmer in the broth.
Combine minced meat with buckwheat, mix and form small meatballs - for one bite.
After about five minutes of boiling the potatoes, throw the buckwheat meatballs into the pan, followed by the onions and carrots and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
