Okroshka is everyone's favorite summer soup, which perfectly quenches thirst, while being quite nourishing and high-calorie. Today we will cook it with a radish, not quite a traditional vegetable for this soup. Radish, of course, any radish you can buy - watermelon, green, black or daikon, will be delicious and spicy with any.

To prepare okroshka with radish, prepare the products according to the list. Wash the potatoes under running water with a stiff brush, boil until tender in uniforms in slightly salted water. Boil the eggs for no longer than 10 minutes, cool in ice water. Wash radish and cucumbers with herbs under running water, dry.

Trim the ponytails on the cucumbers, cut them together with salami and boiled sausage into small cubes, fold into a convenient deep bowl. If the cucumbers are large, it is better to cut the peel from them.
