I propose to cook a delicious potato and carrot soup for the dinner table. This rich and satisfying soup will appeal to all vegetable lovers. So let's cook.
Let's take such products: potatoes, carrots, onions, tomato paste, sunflower oil, beef broth, Adyghe salt, bay leaf, green peas.
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Cut the carrots into small cubes. Fry over high heat until a light ruddy shade.
Remove the carrots from the pan and fry the potato cubes, also until golden brown.
Place the fried vegetables in a suitable cooking pot.
Pour in the broth, which can be replaced with water. We send to the fire. Bring to a boil.
Add green peas, mine is frozen. Bring to a boil.
In the meantime, fry the onion with tomato paste in a pan.
