Beef bone soups are very satisfying, rich, healthy. For such a soup, it is better to take ribs. Soup is prepared quite simply, and besides cooking meat, it is also fast. The main vegetables for the soup are onions, carrots and potatoes, but I also added celery root. Celery has a slightly specific taste, so it should be added a little.
Rinse the seeds well and fill with cold water. This is necessary so that more nutrients pass into the broth during cooking. Put to cook. When foam appears, remove it with a slotted spoon. I'm still filtering the broth. The broth is boiled for about an hour over low heat. Then the meat should be freed from the bones and returned to the broth.
Dice the onion and celery root and grate the carrots. Add vegetables to an almost finished broth and cook for about 20 minutes, do not forget to salt.
Dice the potatoes.
Dip the potatoes in the boiling broth and cook until tender.
Add pepper, suneli hops, dry parsley, bay leaf to the finished soup. Let it boil. Let the soup steep for 30 minutes.
Beef bone soup is ready. Cut the meat in portions before serving. Pour soup into a plate, put a piece of meat. Serve hearty soup for lunch.
