Pea soup is a popular and beloved dish. Pea soup recipes are quite varied. But whatever pea soup (meat or lean) you cook, it is perfect for a homemade dinner. I propose to cook one of the most delicious and simple options - pea soup with pork in a slow cooker.
We will prepare the necessary products according to the list.
We wash the meat, dry it and cut it into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, lay out the chopped meat. We set the "Fry" program, cook for 15-20 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally. The meat should brown a little.
While the meat is fried, peel the onions and carrots and cut them into small cubes.
