A broth is a liquid broth made from meat, fish or vegetables. I propose to cook beef broth. It is white when meat and root vegetables are not fried, yellow when roots are fried and red when meat and root vegetables are fried. For the preparation of beef broth, we use beef on the bone.
Let's take such products: beef on the bone, onions, carrots, water, bay leaves, allspice peas, dried green onions, salt.
Rinse the beef well. Place in a suitable cooking pot. We pour water. We send to strong fire. Bring to a boil. Immediately reduce the heat to the smallest. We collect the formed foam. Cover with a lid and cook for about three hours. The water in the pan should be boiling slowly.
In the meantime, let's prepare the root vegetables. Of these, I only had onions and carrots. If possible, you can add parsley root, celery. Peel the carrots and cut them in half. Rinse the onion, right in the husk, cut into two halves. Heat the dry frying pan. Put vegetables cut down and blush until golden brown.
After two hours of cooking, add fried root vegetables, bay leaves, allspice, dried green onions. Cook for about an hour.
The beef broth is ready. Strain, season with salt, chopped herbs and serve. You can cook pasta, rice, buckwheat for this broth. It will be delicious.
