Today I want to offer you garlic soup with wild garlic. Ramson is not harvested for long, but in the season of its harvest, be sure to make this wonderful soup! You can also make a lean version of garlic soup with wild garlic, but today I will cook with chicken and cream.
Let's take a list of products. I forgot to take a picture of the butter, it will take 30 g. Today I have two chicken wings, you can take any other part of the chicken. I will cook in a 1.5 liter saucepan.
Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, send onion diced and minced garlic to it.
