There are a lot of beetroot recipes, like borscht. Today I want to offer another option for a quick beetroot. But despite this, the beetroot turns out to be tasty, rich, bright! The main thing is to choose the right sausages. They must be of "Extra" Class in natural casing. We have semi-smoked sausages, they give a very pleasant taste.
To prepare beetroot with sausages and sour cream, we need the products listed in the list.
Cut the potatoes in half and send them to a pot of water to boil.
Cut the onion into cubes, the carrots into half rings.
We send carrots and onions to be browned. When they are tender, add tomato paste and sauté together.
We clean the beets, cut in half. We cut each half into slices, and then into cubes.
Transfer the beets to a bowl, add flour and stir.
Add sour cream, sugar and vinegar.
Thoroughly mix the beets with sour cream.
Cut the sausages into rings.
When the potatoes are ready, take them out, knead them with a fork and send them back to the pan.
Add sausage with tomato sauce and sausages to the pan.
