A simple soup can be prepared in literally 15-20 minutes. And to make it even nourishing and rich, I propose to add stew. Today we will cook an original and unusual version of the hot one - sorrel soup with stew. I once tried such a soup in nature, to tell you honestly, the result on an open fire, of course, turns out to be much tastier, but it also turns out well on the stove.

In addition to stew and sorrel, the usual set of potatoes, carrots and onions is added to the soup, as well as chicken eggs. You can serve the soup with a spoonful of sour cream and chopped herbs.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list, you can take chicken or pork stew, in my version there was beef.

Peel and wash potato tubers, dry slightly, cut potatoes into small cubes.

Peel and rinse the carrots and onions, my vegetables are already young, sweetish, they give the soup a special taste. If you wish, the vegetables can be lightly fried in the melted stew fat.

I do not fry vegetables, I put them in a saucepan right away. Pour 1.5 liters of clean water into the vegetables, throw the bay leaf. Cook vegetables for about 15 minutes, until cooked through.

Rinse the sorrel and dry, chop.

Boil chicken eggs in advance for 8-10 minutes, then cool and peel, cut into medium-sized cubes.

When the vegetables are ready, send the stew, sorrel and eggs to the pan, add salt and pepper, mix and boil the sorrel soup with stew for 5-7 minutes, remove the sample. Pour the soup into bowls and serve.
