Hearty soup "Meat hodgepodge" will please all your relatives. To be honest, I just recently tasted this dish at a party, I really liked it. I cooked it with my own home, nothing remained of the five-liter pan. Now, at the request of my family, I cook such a hearty soup very often.
For the preparation of meat prefabricated hodgepodge soup, take such products.
Pour the smoked ribs with cold water. Add bay leaf and heat. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
Cut ham, smoked sausage into small cubes. Add to pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
Fry chopped onion in sunflower oil until lightly golden.
Add the remaining chopped deli meats, tomato paste. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Dice the pickles and add to the skillet. Stir. Fry for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
Add the fried mass to the pan. Stir, bring to a boil. Simmer for about ten minutes.
Add the sliced lemon, olives, chopped herbs. Stir. Add salt and ground pepper. Be careful with salt, as the smoked meats are quite salty. Boil for 1-2 minutes and turn off.
Assorted meat soup-solyanka is ready for tasting.
