Cooking very tasty okroshka with mayonnaise and whey with boiled pork. Delicious and hearty refreshing summer dish.
Pork - 500 g
Green onions - 200 g
Dill - 1 bunch
Parsley - 1 bunch
Chicken egg - 6 pcs.
Potatoes - 600 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Cucumbers - 600 g
Mayonnaise - to taste

Summer is the best time to prepare and eat delicious and healthy cold soups. The most popular and more affordable of all is the favorite okroshka. There are a huge number of cooking options, and, of course, everyone has their own taste. I propose to cook hearty okroshka in mayonnaise, which I sometimes cook for my family.
Girls try not to eat, but boys love such okroshka. Do not be alarmed, mayonnaise is added to taste in a small amount. Better, of course, to use homemade mayonnaise. Okroshka with mayonnaise is best seasoned with homemade whey, but I also like kvass.
Take these foods.
We quickly send a saucepan with potatoes and chicken eggs to the fire. Cook until tender. Boil pork separately.
Dip green peas, fresh or frozen, in boiled water, although you can take canned ones. Boil for 8 minutes after boiling, then discard in a colander and rinse with cold water. Leave excess water to the glass.
For now, let's get to the rest of the ingredients. Rinse and dry the parsley and dill, and chop any.
Chop the washed green onion along with the white portion. We send everything to a large basin, since there will be a lot of okroshka mass.
Cut fresh crunchy cucumbers into small pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients.
