We cook delicious, light and healthy soup in a multicooker in a multicooker. All ingredients can be loaded into the multicooker at once, i.e. cook without sautéing, select the required cooking program, turn on the "start" button and go about your business.
We need the following ingredients:
Three carrots on a grater, finely chop the onion.
Saute the onions and carrots in a small amount of oil in a multicooker bowl in the "Fry" mode for 8 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally. In this recipe, the Philips multicooker HD 3039 was used, the power of the device is 960 W, the volume of the bowl is 4 liters.
We prepare the potatoes.
Mix minced meat with egg, add rice, salt, pepper, add seasonings. We form the meatballs.
Put potatoes and meatballs in the multicooker bowl. Fill with water, set the "Soup" mode for 20 minutes. The countdown starts from the moment the water boils.
Immediately after the sound signal about the end of the soup preparation, add chopped parsley and bay leaves, salt to taste.
Leave the soup for another 5 minutes in a slow cooker with the lid closed. Then pour into a regular saucepan.
