Today we are preparing oriental soup, in one cauldron. When you no longer know what to build for lunch, and you are tired of all the soups, you can think of this cooking option and quickly cook buckwheat soup with fried meat. If you cut the meat into small pieces, the cooking speed is significantly increased. In 40-50 minutes, the aromatic soup will be ready.
We will need the simplest ingredients found in every home. Prepare foods from the list.
Heat a little oil in a cauldron and fry the pork pieces until lightly blushed.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until the onions are transparent. Salt well and add black pepper.
Then send the grated carrots to the cauldron. Lightly fry it together with meat and onions, and then pour in a glass of water, simmer everything under the lid for about 15 minutes. During this time, the meat will cook.
Add chopped potatoes to the cauldron.
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Add potatoes before buckwheat, if you like, so that it boils well in the soup. Skim off the foam and add bay leaves as needed.
After 10 minutes, send the buckwheat to the cauldron. Boil the soup until the potatoes are soft and the buckwheat is cooked. Taste and add salt if needed.
