Pea soup with smoked ribs is a popular dish. The soup is not only tasty, but also very aromatic.
Today we are preparing a pea PUREE SOUP with smoked ribs. In this case, I do not like to add meat to the soup, I serve it separately. If you don't want to, add the meat to the soup and puree.
The recipe is for a 2 liter pot.
Let's prepare products according to the list.
Cut ribs, fill with water and cook for 40-60 minutes. Then we filter the broth.
While the ribs are boiling, prepare the dressing. Chop onion, garlic and carrots, fry in sunflower oil.
Put potatoes in strained broth …
… and immediately - washed peas. Cook the peas until tender.
When the peas are ready, add the dressing and cook for another 5 minutes.
At the end of cooking, salt the soup and pepper to taste. Puree with a hand blender.
The soup is ready.
Serve the pea puree soup with warm smoked ribs.
