A simple, healthy and hearty soup with meatballs, quinoa and frozen vegetables.

Minced meat - 300-400 g
Frozen vegetables - 300-400 g
Water - 2 l
Spices to taste

Any minced meat or poultry is suitable for this soup with quinoa and vegetable freeze. Vegetable freezes usually consist of carrots, corn, green beans, green peas, broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers. Almost any composition is suitable, but you can also take fresh vegetables.
As a spice, garlic, Italian mixture with paprika or Svan salt are very relevant.
For meatball soup and quinoa, prepare the ingredients as listed.
Rinse the quinoa, add water and cook in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, skim off and reduce heat to low.
Defrost the vegetable mixture in a skillet and lightly fry it in vegetable oil, then send it to the quinoa pan.
Salt the minced meat, shape it into round meatballs and toss them at the end of the soup, i.e. about 20 minutes after boiling the quinoa.
Increase the heat, and after the meatballs float, reduce again to low and cook for five minutes.
Vegetable soup with quinoa and meatballs is ready, add salt to taste.
The soup is both hearty and light at the same time, and most importantly, very tasty!
