Have you tried bread soup? I have prepared such a soup several times, to be honest - I like it, it turns out very tasty, the consistency is quite thick and rich.
It is imperative to add fried bacon and croutons to such a soup, and you cannot do without greens. The base plays a significant role - it should be a good aromatic broth based on chicken or vegetables. You also need to take bread that you like to taste, you can use the pieces of bread left over after the feast. Serve the soup to the table hot, spices can be added to taste.
Prepare foods according to the list.
Pour the broth into a saucepan. Use a rich, tasty broth, adjust its taste for salt and pepper.
Break the pieces of gray bread into arbitrary pieces, add to the broth.
Add tomato paste to a saucepan. Peel a few cloves of garlic and add to the saucepan. Cook the soup over the fire for 10 minutes.
