The recipe for a delicious chicken broth is simple, though not quick. This broth can be prepared not only from domestic chicken, it can also be cooked from the purchased broiler breast of this bird. By following very simple rules, you will get a clean, clear and low-fat broth. The only thing that I would like to clarify right away is that this recipe is for ordinary and healthy people.

Prepare all the necessary products and let's figure out how to cook chicken breast broth. Peel the onions and carrots, wash with the dill.

With a sharp knife, carefully remove the skin from the chicken breast, remove all the fat, cut the fillets from the bone. Cut or chop the bone in half.

Boil water in a saucepan, put the bone in it. The protein in the boiling water will immediately curdle and the water will not change color, in addition, you will not need to collect the floating foam all the time. Cook the pit for 15 minutes over moderate heat.
